Draft Beer Jelly Beans

Jelly Belly unveiled a beer flavored jelly bean on this weekend, which they appropriately named Draft Beer.Jelly Belly, which is famous for fun flavors like Buttered Popcorn and Toasted Marshmallow, said it took three years to make Draft Beer a reality.

“Our fans have been asking for a beer Jelly Bean for years,” Rob Swaigen, Jelly Belly’s vice president of marketing, told Today.com. “It took a few years to perfect, but we think we got it right.”

The Draft Beer flavor, with its top secret ingredients, matches the taste of a Hefeweizen, but contains no alcohol. It joins other alcohol-inspired Jelly Belly flavors like Mai Tai and Pina Colada, which the company developed in the 1980s.
